I dropped my laptop off for repair at the offices of Woodstock IT in Crawley. The team were able to identify the issue in short time and kept me informed of my options. We have worked with Woodstock for the last 5 years, they provide IT support either remotely or at our offices if needed. They also have completed complicated projects that include installation of our new fibre (we are very remote) and security cameras both in and outside our premises. They are a competent crew, always friendly and patient - we see them as a very important part of our team.

I had issues using Gmail as a business account and Woodstock recommended creating an Outlook account. I was apprehensive as I had a lot of stuff to migrate but Oliver was excellent. The migration was seamless and everything was done quickly at my convenience. So far I am super impressed with the service and am looking forward to having Woodstock's IT support in the future. I have piece of mind now.

Woodstock IT have just done another absolutely brilliant job for us. We have a holiday let cottage and our internet went down due to a storm. James came out to fix a 'bridge' between our house and the holiday let. As luck would have it we then had a power cut whilst he was here. Despite the lack of mains power he used a power source from his van and some very long leads to bring power to his diagnostic equipment and solved the problem. Excellent service!
Cat was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with the works we needed doing when transferring data from a very old laptop onto a newly refurbished one that we purchased from Woodstock IT. Dave's attention to detail and provision of assurance that he had everything in hand, was a huge relief. After initially locking down the account, to ensure he would stop any potential issues, he even then spoke to our user directly to walk them through the full new login process again.

I had a problem with my phone, so as I have been using Woodstock for many years for computer issues, they were my first thought. I called and arranged to drop off the phone at their workshop. A few hours later the lovely Cat rang to say it was all sorted. When I collected it, she explained what had happened and how she fixed it. The repair price was reasonable and I am very happy indeed. I can't recommend Woodstock highly enough.

These guys went above and beyond what they needed to do. My father’s Samsung PC was not working correctly so after a recommendation from a friend I called Woodstock IT. My father is 101 years old so he could not deliver the computer to Woodstock (I am about 150 miles away) so they picked up the computer, updated it, got it running smoothly again and even replaced the keyboard which was an odd US style one. They returned the computer to my father and made sure he was total happy with it before returning to their offices. It is great to find a company that really cares about their customers. I’d recommend them to anyone.
At very short notice Woodstock IT worked with us to address a number of identified CE Plus vulnerabilities and worked in a highly professional and responsive way meeting the changing demands for resolution. We could not have asked for more from them. They showed very high levels of technical ability and commitment to help us achieve our goal in a very short timeframe. Have used Woodstock for several years and always had excellent service, no job is too big or too small and concentrate on fixing your problem rather than massaging costs. On collecting my machine after a hard drive upgrade from their excellent and knowledgable engineer Jake, my car became stuck in a flooded entrance to their site due to heavy rain and their General Manager no less, Joachim, used his own car to pull me out, wow, this is customer service above and beyond what you would normally expect! Have no hesitation in entrusting all your IT requirements to Woodstock, you won't regret it.

I contacted Woodstock IT because I was having trouble sending emails. I tried contacting my web hosting company and tried Microsoft and neither of them were able to identify or solve the issue.
