Woodstock IT – Our Highlights of 2018

2018 has been a great year for Woodstock IT and the IT industry itself. There have been a number of updates and technological advancements this year and we have been working hard to keep our customers up to date with everything.

Support tickets

One of our most popular services for our clients is our support service. This gives our clients peace of mind that we are always on hand to help them should any issues arise, and their business will not be impacted negatively.

In the last 12 months, we have closed a whopping 4967 support tickets! These include server and network issues, support during office moves, increasing system capacity and on site visits.

New staff member

We have welcomed one new member of staff this year, Jake Spurrier, joining our team in the workshop. He has been working with the team on repairs and upgrades.

Disaster recovery

An increasing number of our clients are now using our cutting edge disaster recovery solution, Datto.

This all in one platform uses intuitive technology to not only backup your system, but provide you with insights into every single backup. It also provides disaster recovery and continuity solutions, as well as ransomware protection and restore capabilities.

Record breaking year

2018 has been our biggest year ever, with us signing several new key accounts. We are now working with more clients than ever to help support them with their IT needs, whether it be providing business broadband, managed services or computer repairs.

Radio advertising

This year, we started advertising on the well known radio station Heart FM. Keep an ear out for our advert and let us know on our Twitter or Facebook page if you hear it!

Across the Christmas period our opening times will be slightly different. If you would like to pop into our workshop during the break, you can do so on the following days:

Tuesday 25th – Closed
Wednesday 26th – Closed
Thursday 27th – 09:00 – 15:00
Friday 28th – 09:00 – 15:00
Saturday 29th – Closed
Sunday 30th – Closed
Monday 31st – 09:00 – 15:00
Tuesday 1st – Closed
Wednesday 2nd – Normal hours resume
