He even asserted that if he had mis diagnosed the fault and additional work was required to fix the problem, the cost quoted would remain the same.  Julian provided an equipment pick-up and drop-off service which is invaluable if you are juggling work and children as I am...it's one less thing to have to fit into the day. Woodstock IT came to my rescue recently after my pc blew up on me! I called their helpline and Julian was with me within an hour. My computer was taken away for repair and returned to me next day. The whole job was very reasonably priced and they even threw in a service at no extra cost. I would definitely use this company again and have already recommended them to some friends of mine who are having pc problems! Thank you!!

I used this company recently when my laptop would not boot and i needed to recover my photos. they responded very quickly and gave me the option of dvd, cd or usb stick to recover my photos to. very pleased with the service overall and found the engineer to be friendly and knowledgable. he explained everything in laymans terms so that an old technophobe like me was even able to understand! top marks for Woodstock IT and special thanks in particular to Julian!
