Julian sorted out both computers with no problems. He told us how much the work would cost in advance and also explained what I could do to resolve the problem myself (I chose to let him do it far more efficient). He was a really nice, reliable and knowledgeable person and we are very pleased to have found him. Hopefully my days of surfing the internet for solutions to my computer problems are gone forever. We will definitely use him again.
